We went in for a tick on our dog, and we were able to get in within an hour of calling. The person we talked to on the phone was really nice. Additionally, the vet tech was really friendly and kind/gentle to our dog and helped us understand our options for tick medicine and prevention. Dr.Jones was super nice and was able to reassure us everything was ok with our puppy. Would highly recommend.
